At Envaflex we acknowledge the importance of sustainability in the current industry in a world that is increasingly aware of the environmental challenges that we are facing. We are committed to approaching these environmental and social challenges through responsible management, integrating ESG criteria (environmental, social and governance) within our strategy.

As our communities grow and the demand for natural resources increases, it is becoming imperative that we implement sustainable practises to guarantee the long-term health and wellbeing of our planet. At Envaflex we are working to minimise the potential impact of our activity.

We acknowledge the importance of reducing our carbon footprint and minimising the environmental impact of our operations. We have reduced our CO2 emissions by 63% since 2019. Additionally, 100% of the power that we use in our production process is from renewable sources.

Water is a scarce and vital resource that deserves our full attention and care. Envaflex does not use water in production processes, but only in the cooling systems which are obviously contained in watertight circuits.

We adopted Ecodesign as a way of designing our products, focusing on the efficiency of materials, optimising the service life cycle and reducing waste. Our containers are 100% recyclable.

Sustainable ranges

At the Armando Alvarez Group we have a sustainability plan called GoCircularPlastics to promote the circularity of plastic. This plan shows the Envaflex commitment to evolving towards a more sustainable and circular corporate model.

At Envaflex we have developed a range of Ecosolutions that can be mixed and matched, designed to not only meet functional requirements but also reduce the environmental impact of the packaging industry.

Social commitment

More and more companies increasingly acknowledge that our impact on society goes beyond obtaining financial profit, and that we have a significant responsibility in building a better world.

 Envaflex is located in the UTEBO industrial park. This town saw our beginnings and it encourages us to contribute positively and to give back to the community part of what it gave us over the years. In the last 5 years we have invested in excess of €12 million.
